How to Align Standards to Questions
There are several ways to associate standards with questions. We’ll cover the most convenient one — aligning standards as you create a multiple choice answer key, and mention some other avenues as well.

      1. Follow steps 1-6 in the above section titled “How to Create an Assessment Key for a Multiple Choice Test.”
      2. Click “Show” in the Insert Standards Toolbar at the bottom of the window.

      5. Click the correct answer to your question in the window above. Note that the question is added to your answer key on the right, and the aligned standards are listed underneath.
      6. Add more questions with the same standards, or select different standards by placing checks in their boxes before adding more questions to your answer key. Repeat the process of building your answer key with standards until you are finished.
      7. If you want to change the standards aligned to questions already in your answer key on the right, place checks in the boxes of the standards you want to change to, and re-enter the correct answer to the questions on the right – this will overwrite the standards alignment for the questions you click to the standards you have selected.
      8. Follow steps 7-9 of the above section titled ““How to Create a Blueprint for a Multiple Choice Test” to finish and save your blueprint.
