July 31st, we’ll be preparing all accounts for the next school year.
In order to prepare for the next school year:
- Your classes from last year will be archived. (Classes created after July 1, 2023, will remain active.)
- Your reports from last year will be archived so your reports tabs are ready for new student data.
- IMPORTANT! Any active sessions will be lost on July 31. Please END all sessions before this date.
You’ll be able to see your archived data.

Teachers, go to Reports > Data Archive to view past years’ standards data for your new students.

Administrators, all of your campus’s 2022-2023 reports will be in your Reports tab under Past Year Reports.
